The small village Rabu di Pesce, as the characters of the film used to say_ an island on the island. The film is a small story about fisherman, an overall picture of their life with its difficulties and achievements, pleasant and difficult moments. Global industrial overfishing has caused significant problems in the village of Rabo de Pesce in the Azores, where small-scale fishing has long provided a livelihood. This situation plunges Pedro, a young master fisherman, with a crisis in his professional life, over and above the inherent dangers of working at sea.
