Throughout human history, the doll has always played a very mysterious and various role. It was accompanying men in different characters and shapes. It still has not lost its significance (ritual, religious, consumer, educational, artistic and even therapeutic (puppet therapy in psychology)). The exhibition, entitled \u201cPuppet history\u201d begins with the Armenian ritual puppets and ends with dolls \u201cworking\u201d in the museum. Among these dolls the most interesting ones are made by Sophia Ashharumova\u00a0almost a hundred years ago, as well as a German porcelain doll company \u201cArmand Marseille\u201d. The exhibition presents a series of various author\u2019s dolls, as well as a lot of interesting dolls made in Soviet Union. Each of these dolls has its own history and all that reunites with unique photographs of children with their old dolls. The exhibition will be open until February 11.<\/p>\n
